Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, we’ll do our best to assist you in tracking or replacing lost packages.
